Line dance traveller Bobbie Miller passes on

Posted: Thu 8th August 2019

It is with sadness that I let the Line Dance Community know of the peaceful passing of Bobbie Miller, in the presence of family, on 4th August 2019.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday 10th August at 10 a.m. at St. Johns Church opposite Ridges Hotel by the Rotorua Raceway entrance.
Bobbie travelled in her Camper Van attending many socials and workshops before coming to Rotorua, when she sold the van she travelled with the Geyserland Line Dance ladies to social and workshops, where she contributed to our socialising at Motels and theme dress ups.
She will be remembered by class as always insisting on doing the turns in dances making her quite dizzy.
When she was 80 years old she went on a safari to South Africa with Gordon Elliott.
She was an amazing lady, rest in peace now Bobbie.
